Inside Sales (Arabic Speaking), Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

  • Identify sales opportunities through tele-calling, emails, networking and partner relationships.

  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about ERP, HCM, ECM, RPA and POS products and services

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position

  • Document daily lead generation activities in sales force automation tool, prepare accurate reports and forecasts

  • Operates under moderate supervision with frequent reviews of work

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • BA or equivalent in Marketing & Business 

  • Min. 2+ years’ experience with inside sales, inbound and outbound tele sales, account management or market development activities in the software industry. Freshers with good communication skill and basic knowledge of ERP will also be considered

  • Experience in B2B sales.

  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and having high energy. 

  • Motivated by cold calling, asking probing questions and gathering information. 

  • Team player with strong initiative, excellent PC skills and ability to quickly build extensive knowledge of Epicor Solutions and that of competitors. 

  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. 

  • Excellent PC and Internet skills, including experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, sales force automation tools and web presentation applications (Webex, Gotomeeting etc.)
